new computer, need feedback

I'm about to build my first pc from scratch. I've done a bit of research and think i've narrowed down a good parts list but I want to make sure they're all compatible and see if anyone has any feedback/ ideas/ swaps they'd make.

the case is not a permenant solution, by the way- just to get started

I would have went for the E6600 and the 7900GT, albeit it would cost abit more, but the performance gain is worth it. Both the E6600 and the 7900GT are overclocking kings, they have HUGE overclocking headrooms.
