new computer (need help on some parts)

im thinking about getting

Intel S775 Core 2 Duo E6420 2.13GHz CPU
Intel S775 DG965OTMKR Core 2 Duo VIIV Motherboard
DDR2 1GB Generic 667MHz RAM
DDR2 1GB Generic 667MHz RAM
1.44M Floppy Disk Drive
320GB Seagate 7200rpm 16M Serial ATA HDD
Palit 8600GT 256M PCIe Video Card - 2 of them overclocked in sli

im just want to know is it worth getting a 600watt psu
and am i better of getting a 8800gts instead of 2 oc 8600gt in sli

You can't do SLi though, but if you changed the board to a DS3P, got an ATi X2900XT and went for something like a Seasonic 800w you'd be set to do Crossfire. I'd ask ceewi1 for confirmation though as I'm unsure of power consumption by the X2000 series.

EDIT: Using Newegg I got with the switches (the PSU is a 700w model though) I said to do I got a price of $1,264.

thankyou umm why cant sli work if the motherbaord will allow sli?
so 600w aint enough ?

SLi is nVidia's dual-card bridging system, Crossfire is ATi's version; they both have their advantages and disadvantages. With the ATi X2900XT you need a fair bit of grunt, I'd PM ceewi1 for recommendations on a PSU but I reckon a good Seasonic will do Crossfire as the cards require a lot of power.
