Hello, figured id join a computer forum, i dunno
haha
I just purchased a laptop, scheduled to arrive sometime mid September =/
Got it for school and to also replace my six year old Windows XP, which I might add has been messed with slightly(upgraded to a 180G hardrive and a whopping 1gb memory) ...it works, I really only use it to keep in contact w/ people and store music, since thats all it can really do.
The computer I have bought is the Dell Studio 17" in Jet Black w/ the back-lit keyboard.
Here are the specs (copy & pasted
):
Windows Vista Home Premium
Intel Core 2 Duo T9300, 2.5GHz, 800Mhz, 6M L2 Cache
3GB, DDR2, 2 Dimm (whats Dimm?)
ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 3650 (isn't the best, but is still a pretty capable graphics card)
320G 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive
85 WHr 9-cell Lithium Ion Primary Battery
Ive done some moderate research before finally making this decision, mainly just trying to get the biggest bang for the buck.
So what do you guys think? BTW, im going to attempt Crysis with this setup
