New computer or fix old one?

I have an old HP from 2007 and it's getting old and bad. The wireless chip is bad I can't connect to wifi. I don't know if I should buy a new one or replace parts in the old one. What's you guys opinion?
 
I only have my HP that was FREE i would never own another HP (or dell for that matter). I would buy a new PC, If you are looking for pre-built go with gateway or you could go with a custom build...
 
Like said above I would just get a new computer. By the time you fix up the other one it wouldn't run as fast as the latest and greatest technology. And I don't know why you guys are hating on HP I have an HP pavillion G7 with a i3 Processor and 4G of ram it's super fast and has a HUGE 17.3 in screen I LOVE it I like HP's And Back to the topic just get a New one! There is MUCH better technology now, and plus Windows 7
