Well, after about a year and a half I've decided to get back into the game of building a computer. It seems that SATA drives have become quite popular and, in the interest of airflow I have purchased one. Before my question, here are the specs of what I purchased.

Ok so here in lies my question. I'm a bit unsure of how to install the SATA drive. I have a copy of winxp sp2 that i intend to install on the drive. How do I go about getting this rig up and running? I could be wrong but doesnt setting up SATA involve using a floppy diskette?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :D

That used to be the case, but these days with modern motherboards it's no different to installing Windows on an IDE drive.
