New Computer- will it work?

This is my first time building a computer, although I've had help picking parts. My question is, does anyone have reason to think that these parts will not work together? Just want to be sure before I make the purchase. Also, are there any suggestions for alternate parts? I will be using the computer primarily for schoolwork and gaming at home. My budget is around $12-$1400.

I think the build looks okay, but I'm not familiar with either CoolerMaster's PSUs or the newer Intel MOBOs; does anyone have an opinion about them? Stick with the CPU/GPU combo, though. The C2D and 7900 will rip up just about any game you try to play.

I'd play with your budget and squeeze in an 8800GTS video card. The EVGA one to be exact. Just a thought. Maybe drop to the E6300 and the Seagate 250GB HD to help. It will be a big jump over the 7900GT and it supports DX10. I'd probly go with OCZ, Antec, FSP, Thermaltake for a PSU as well. Just my thoughts.
