New computer with monitor to 1200$

Hi guys.
I recently moved from Europe to USA and I need a new computer. I play a lot of games and sometimes use graphic programs. My budget is around 1200$. I don't know exactly where I can buy computer parts here for a good price, so maybe you could help me. It can be websites or shops near Chicago.
I need a full computer with monitor and Wi-Fi card or something to use Wi-Fi becouse I can't plug a cable to the computer. If you could help me I will apreciate it very much.

Since you are near Chicago, look at Microcenter. There is one in Westmont and another one near 90/94 on Elston Ave. I'm about an hour south of Chicago.
