Hi I just built a new computer.I just finshed building it today and I power it up and all the fans fire up but the hard drive the floppy drive and the cd drive dont get any power.I get a blank screen. my specs are

DFI LANPARTY UT nF3 250Gb ATX AMD Motherboard
Geforce 6800 128MB 256-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X
Rosewill 1GB (2 x 512MB)
Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 80GB
AMD Athlon 64 3000+

So the CD ROM's won't eject nor with the harddrives spin up? THat's usally some sort of hardware conflict. Pull out your cards and all IDE connections and try it like that(well, leaving video in there :P)
 
Whats the make and model of the PSU? Are you overstressting a rail? try rewiring the cables so spread out the connectors
