Thats a nice setup. To save money get the Ultra-D instead. SLi isnt really worth it. (I know I have that board was I was an idiot when I bought my rig)

everything looks good. im guessing your budget is $1500?
you can get a EVGA 7800gt thats comes with a SLI mobo. which will save you about $100.
