Hey, I heard that there is a computer that does not use a keyboard or mouse but is like off the movies with touch screen and you do everything there. is that true? and if so whats it called.

Just get a touchscreen monitor and use the onboard keyboard by going to Start>All Programs>Accessories>Accessibility>On-Board Keyboard
