New cooling system ideas

Well as you may know, i had a vent bringing cold air in from outside, well i got rid of that a while ago and i decided to put it back in. Right now my CPU is ~ 8C idle, and my gpu is around 30C idle. I want it to be lower.

I have the 80mm fan in the back sucking in cold air from outside through a dryer vent, and all of the major holes and slits have been taped up except for the fron 120mm fan, which i use for air to go through so it's sorta circulating.

When i feel the outside of the case, it is very cold, especially the metal. I was thinking of putting insulation on the inside of the case, to prevent cold air from escpaping and hot air from entering, do you think this would work? Do you have any suggestions on to make it cooler?

it would work, but I don't think I would try insulating the inside, if something were to go wrong when you weren't there, say the fans bringing in the cold air were to die, you'd cook your cop much faster with insulation in there. Out of curiosity, how do you keep stuff like snow from blowing into the case when you pull air from the outside?

I'm very surprised you don't have condensation issues, especially with wintry intake air coming into an indoor pc case! 8°C for an idling CPU is lower than I can even dream of. (lowest I can get is 33°C ducting in 22°C room air). There's a point of diminishing returns here... the only way I would imagine to get it colder is to build it inside a used refrigerator or freezer, but then you're going to get reliability that's iffy at best... and condensation problems.
