New Cooling

I am looking to oc my Intel P4 3.0 Prescott to mabye around 3.8. What Is a good water or liquid cooling system I can get that will keep me from frying it? Also I wont be the one doing the oc, the person who built my comp will since I have no clue how to do it. Any suggesions?

what socket is your 3.0Ghz on, if its SKT478 then you might have heat troubles, if its LGA775 then you should be ok with adequate cooling, if its SKT478 i wouldn recommend pushing it that far. As far as watercooling goes.... you dont need an extremely high end, just make sure the radiator is active, not passive, and check reviews on the product first tos ee if anyone has used it with what your trying.

As we determined in other threads its mostlikely LGA775. As for the actual cooling mechanim itself do you have any suggestions?
