New CPU Cooling

I am looking at purchase a new heatsink after all for the P4 3.2E I am getting. I am looking at these two which are both copper cored but the seller of the first one has no idea of CPU support and the 2nd on is listed for up to a 3.4E. Which looks like it would be more efficient?

I would also like to recommend removing that thermal pad with some lint-free cloth and rubbing alcohol. then purchase some Arctic Silver 5 or IC Diamond 7 thermal paste and using that instead, it will yield much better temperatures.

they aren't stock but they don't look much better than tbh. Find out what models they are so we can advise which is better. You can't really tell from a picture too well

The second one is all Intel. All I know about the first is that it uses an Dyno somthing fan.
