So im at a point where im not quite sure what to do. My motherboard is the one in my sig, its a am2, but it supports the new am3 processors. But i would want to overclock my new cpu, but for some reason my motherboard only allows me to overclock to what ever the stock voltage can handle. So i could only get 2.7ghz out of my 8750, when it can do 3.2ghz at least. So thats a downside to keeping this mobo. But the thing is, is that i want to upgrade to bulldozer when it comes out, thats why im not sure if i should just get a new am3 proc. and end up having to upgrade it all.... or jus upgrade to a mobo that supports the bulldozer, and forget the new cpu and keep the one i have now..
Are there any motherboards that will support bulldozer that are on the market today?
If so are any of them am2+ so i could run my 8750 in the mean time?
