New CPU

So I broke down and bought a P4 3.2 to replace the Cel D 2.93 I have now. Questions I have is the "Star" Thermal Past that came with it OK to use and will the all aluminum Intel Heatsink/Fan, rated up to P4 3.4, work OK for this? We are not gamers, just mostly internet. Thanks.

Yeah since you won't be doing anything intense the generic thermal paste would be fine. I prefer Arctic Silver 5 myself though.
