Get an i7 930 since it has a tripple channel memory controller and supports better crossfire and sli speeds.
Then I would go for an HD 5850 or an HD 5870
since the GTX470 is facing a lot of firing it has Temperature issues and also it consumes a lot of power and makes a lot of noise checkout these links for the comparison b/w the GTX 470 and 5850 and 5870

and the 5850 is a nice overclock too

the GTX 470 is performs 10% better than 5850 but a factory OCed edition of the 5850 performs same as th GTX 470
and what about the PSU

and have you considered i5 750 because i7 930 is overkill for gaming.
i5 750 is a really good processor for gaming and that will also reduce the overall cost of the system so you can also go for an HD 5870
