Hey all.. Just simply wanna know which pc I should choose.. One seems to have the better processor/graphics card but other has more dedicated video memory with its graphics card (im assuming gettin the better graphics card is better than a graphics card with more dedicated video memory?) and has a cool feature where there is a switch on the front to switch between 3 modes, powersaver, extreme performance and just regular use.. Thought would he a nice feature so you can flick to powersaver when not gaming so comp doesnt always have to run at full power. Anyway pc will be for gaming use. Let me know what ya think. Thanks all!

The CyberPower is better, but the card still isn't the best. You'll want to upgrade to a more powerful card if you're gonna be gaming. What games do you plan on playing?

im not a die hard gamer or anything which is why im not going for a crazy $1500 pc or anything but i do livestream minecraft (id be happy with playing at 60fps while streaming) also will be trying out DayZ, rust and a few other steam games, (payday etc.) so nothing that i think is too performance heavy but am lookin for best i can get around $700-800

You can build something better than that for $800, believe me. Someone will jump in and give you a build list.

Price: $777
Performance: 10000000x the builds you looked at :)

If you can go a bit over $800, I would recommend ditching the Arctic fan and buying Coolermaster Seidon 120V: $40 ($60)
This would allow you to easily overclock the CPU to 4.6GHz while keeping it cool. If you don't want to OC, the motherboard has decent auto-OC - even though it probably won't reach 4.6GHz. This would make the build $808 in total.

awesome! thanks man!

The 4570 is a quad core. Walmart mislabeled. And it's "Dual" not "Duel". Duel refers to a battle, whereas dual means two.

I would recommend that you don't buy the CyberPower PC. Motherboard and PSU aren't listed, and that means it's poop. Those are two very important parts of the system.
If you have the courage/skills to build your own PC, the build I came up with would be much more powerful. The GTX 650 in the CyberPower loses to the R9 270X by several margins.
And if you play Battlefield 4, it will be able to utilize Mantle. That'll increase your FPS a lot, once Mantle becomes more widespread and mature (it's beta right now).
