I just purchased and installed a Sony DVD burner from Tiger Direct. Did not come with any kind of software. I am currently using windows XP sp3. Works great with CD's. I can not copy DVD's nor can I view them. This is the only CD/DVD drive in my computer so I have to copy all documents to my documents and then copy them to CD. I need to know what is the best program to purchase to be able to copy DVD's. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am currently using NTI-CD Maker 2000. Yes I know it is outdated. Thanks: MJM
