New Ecs Board Help!!

Hey guys. I just got a new ECS RS480-M motherboard. I put the AMD 64 3200+ in it with one GB of Centon Value RAM. I put everything together and I turned it on but nothing shows on my monitor. The monitor light is orange and doesn't turn green. I'm positive the monitor was turned on. I also tried switching the monitor to a different one and the same thing happened, the light stayed orange. So I tried to plug the monitor to a different computer and it worked fine. So now I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with the computer to make it not show on the monitor. Does anyone know what's wrong?

you tried running it with only the CPU, RAM and motherboard and the monitor connected to the on-board grafics? (or what exacly did you do so far? )

This is exactly EVERYTHING i connected so far.
24 pin connector
4 pin connector
CPU
CPU Cooler
RAM
HDD
CD Drive
Floppy Drive
Onboard VGA

remove the HDD, CD drive and floppy drive,.. those are not needed atm anyway, and that way at least those are ruled out for causing trouble :)

do you have a very old grafic's card at home? i mean a pci grafic's card. maybe the pci-e port and the on-board grafic's are disabled (not sure if thats possible.. but its worth a shot i think )

i took those out and it still doesn't work. and i don't have a pci graphics card. also, i forgot to tell you, i don't know where to put the speaker wire on the motherboard. theres no place to put the speaker wire and its not in the manual either. so i don't know if its beeping or not.
