New fans

Currently I have 6 80mm fans on my case ( http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=11-144-034&depa=0 ) and they are very, very loud. I was thinking of maybe taking them all out and replacing some or all of them with quiet fans, maybe temp controlled? Right now I have a 2.4 ghz p4 but I am looking to upgrade my CPU so I don't know if I will need more cooling.

Any suggestions on what kind of fans I should get? Would fans that are temp controlled be better/quieter than fans that run 100% but are quiet?

Any tips are greatly appreciated,

My suggestion would be to get a fan controller ... you can have the fans runnign full blast when u need it and quiet when you dont (its also prolly the cheapest route too)
