New Gaming Build (Mid range Price) - Worth it?

I need something that can play games, video editing, financial trading and can handle 3 screens without lagging or being slow...

Cost is currently £987 ($1,491) and it will be built in the UK
Any advice would be appreciated.
 
Check out the i7 6700k and Z170 motherboards ;)
You would also need DDR4.

Mainly just a suggestion as the platform will serve you a bit longer than buying a Z97 setup right now.

Thank you so much for the reply, do you think i could get all this for less than £1,000?

Don't want to spend an excessive amount but also don't want to limit myself to what i could do potentially
 
I would buy a cheaper CPU cooler, since single radiator watercooling isn't that great and then spend more on the PSU. The VS is Value Select, their lowest grade line. While better than any no name, still would say CX 500W or better.
See if you can wiggle this in to the budget.
