I would downgrade the PSU a little bit (maybe to a 600 or 650W unit), get an i7-4770k and a Z87 motherbaord. Then I would get the Samsung 840 Evo 120GB, it's only $109 and brand new.
That case seems very expensive!
You can get a Windowed Define R4 for $90 right now.
Save yourself a lot of money and buy an H110i or something similar, and overclock that CPU.
That's what I would do.
I would possibly look at upgrading the WD Black 1TB to a Seagate Barracuda 2TB as well. It's only $10 more.
Didn't calculate the total, but should be close or even a bit less - by my very fast, morning-tired calculations.

Personally i would change the ram, I have used kingston hyper blu ram and it was quite poor.

I would go for g-skill or corsair vengence

If he's looking up prices on Newegg, the only RAM he could talk about is either HyperX Black or HyperX PnP, which are both great RAM kits. I agree, stay away from Blu, because it's their budget line, but I pretty much only use Black or standard, and some PnP in my builds. Never had a failing RAM block. Only RAM I've ever had failing is Hynix DDR2, Corsair ValueRAM DDR2 and Crucial DDR3 ValueRAM 1333.
That's not to say Corsair Vengeance is bad, just choose whichever is cheaper of the two, in my opinion.

Reason why im getting that CPU n motherboard is because i won't be overclocking. I've had Kingston in every build, was fine for me.

Oh man, I recently read an article in the newspaper about how Australians pay an extreme price for hardware.

Gigabyte Z87M-D3H or a Gigabyte Z87-HD3
$129 and $149

Also, i was told to go for a SEAGATE BARRACUDA 2TB. It's $96 at the same 7200rpm. Thoughts?

The Black 1TB is slightly better than the Barracuda 1TB, but because the 2TB is more densely packed, it will yield better performance.
Not to mention, obviously, you will have twice the storage available.

SSD caching is when you take an HDD, pair it up with an SSD and solely use the SSD as a caching device.
They will become one storage device, and will automatically transfer files you use a lot to the SSD part, making them load faster.
"but removes support for Lake Tiny (SSD caching performance and power optimization)" I'm not sure exactly what this means, since it clearly supports SSD caching, but I would still recommend using them as separate storage devices.

Finishing Touches! I put in a 2TB HDD and a motherboard supporting Lake Tiny.

Any particular need for the Phantom 820? Have you looked at the regular sized Phantom? I have the Phantom 410, and it's plenty big by itself, with the regular one being bigger than that and the 820 being massive.

I've just loved this case and haven't found anything like it, except the 810 lower model. I could look into that case although i really love the look and features of the case. It is overkill but why not :p

750W is enough power to run two of your graphics cards, plus the rest of the build. You don't need that much. Are you planning on getting a second GTX 780 down the road?

I don't plan to sli, motherboard doesn't anyway. I've finalized my computer.
