Hello all,
Recently my family purchased me a prebuilt gaming desktop from the company Cyberpower as a birthday gift. It is well put together and uses pretty high end parts. Ever since I have had it I have been experiencing weird gaming issues. If a game has any kind of frame rate limiter on as default I get horrible juttering, and if I am able to turn it to unlimited I get insane framerates but terrible vertical tearing. Some games like Just Cause 2 and a few others simply lock up the system and it restarts. The only games that run flawlessly are Euro Trucker 2 and Battlfield 4. I tried contacting cyberpower support but the informed me it sounds like a software issue and not a hardware one. The system is...
Win8.1 64bit
Intel i7-5820 6 core 3.6ghz factory oc
MSI Mobo model MS-7885
16 gigs ddr4 quad channel memory
AMD Radeon R295x2 video card.
1 256gb SSD\
1 1TB HDD
I really appreciate any help in this as Im still new to all the PC gaming stuff. I didnt know where else to post this as I was unsure of what part might be wrong with it. Thank you.
