New Graphics Card?

I have been looking into getting a new graphics card recently and have been wondering what graphic cards would be compatible with my system?
Mainboard: MS-7646M1
ACPI x86 based PC
AMD Athlon II x4 620 Processor 2.60 ghz
3.00gb ram (2.75gb usable)
32-bit operating system

I currently have a ATI Radeon HD 4200 graphics chip but this does not run games such as DoW2 at lowest settings... i realise that i would have to up my power supply from 350w but this can be done...

If someone could please tell me a decent graphics card for gaming which would be compatible with my system.

But remember first get a nice 500W PSU.Before getting that GPU something from Antec/Corsair/Seasonic/Silverstone/XFX

If just 200 for both. Mabe something like a AMD 6850 or Nvidia GTX 460. Then a Corsair CX500 or a Antec EarthWatts 500.
