New Hardware wont pop up

I pluged in some new hardware but it does not pop up with the window that says Found New Hardware. i might have use it before but i need to reinstall it to make some changes. how do i get the window or get what i want. thanks

What's the piece of hardware? That would help to narrow it down.
Did you install new drivers via CD-ROM or floppy at any point?

Try going to the Control Panel > Add New Hardware and see if Windows can automatically find the new hardware.. if not, go through the lists and manually try to add the hardware drivers... you can also search the internet for the drivers...

the first site is better, it worked for me, its actually a damn good camera, quality is amazing for something bundled with an PS2 game, lol.
