Hi, new here :D , my name is David, but my friends call me dfresh. anyways, about to do my first build ever, and ive come up with these parts, if you think i should change anything at all, please do say so and suggest what part should replace it and why. here it goes..

I'm not really qualified to comment on the components in your proposed PC seen as I only just built my first PC myself but one thing I would consider would be another Hard Drive.
That way you can have your OS and programs on one HD and your Pictures,work,Video and music etc on the other. My OS recently took a hit courtesy of a Microsoft update but it wasn't a problem to re-install Windows and of course I still had all my important files on my second Hard Drive. Of course I still back up my VERY important files to DVD too for extra security.

Also, I've decided to get this cooling devices.. ZALMAN CNPS7700-CU 120mm 2 Ball Cooling Fan for my CPU and this for my VGA ZALMAN VF700-CU 2 Ball VGA COOLER. What ya guys think? will everythign still fit A-o.k.?

EDIT : Should the stock heatsink be ok? or should i get a better one?
