new laptop - cell phone signal

I'm looking for a laptop from Lenovo web site.

I want to be able to connect to the internet for web/video streaming, checking e-mail through cell phone signal.

I will be bring this laptop to Asia, in a village that have no wireless or wire internet cafe.

Any option that I can still access to the internet, use cell phone signal?

You would have to contact your carrier and see if they allow 'tethering' to laptops. Sometimes this is an additional fee and sometimes its free if you buy an unlimited bandwidth package.

Most windows smartphone let you do it, just search youtube, the iPhone lets you do it too if you want.

I know with my blackberry on att they let you tether for free if you have a BB plan.
