I know others have posted similar questions in this forum....I am looking to buy a new laptop. I have up to $1200 to put towards it. My main uses will be the following:
1.) Some light home office work...i.e. Spreadsheet maintenance for my company (I'm an accountant).
2.) Downloading MP3s and loading up my MP3 player.
3.) Some occasional online poker
4.) Watching some online movie/videos (NBC's "The Office" from ITunes).
Any suggestions as to what to buy or what not to buy would be great. Should I be worried about memory on these things? I don't want to buy something and then run out of memory in 6 months.
I will be accessing through a wireless network at the house I am renting. Most of the laptops I looked at had wireless cards built in. Is that all I would need to get on the internet?
Also, any suggestions on where to buy would be excellent as well. I usually gravitate towards Best Buy, but I know there are tones of other places out there.
