New laptop recomendation!

hey, i am in the market for a new laptop, i need it to run many large applications at the same time (while still running fast) and large storage, if u could give me any advice that would be great.
 
i dont want the screen to be too big because i dont want to have bulky laptop. i think around £300 ish and i dont really have any preferance all i need is office 2007 which i have on disk and football manager 2009 :D haha

i need it to be quick when runng several large programs as i said before.
 
As far as exchange goes...that budget is less than $600 in my currency..

Not sure what you can get across the pond for low-end price point.

I'm not really seeing anything that will be 'fast' as you want for running multiple apps. Many machines that will work but your not going to break any records for efficiency.

the task manager says these are the sizes of the programs i run most

I think we need some help from another member overseas.

What I recommend may not transfer over to your currency and/or be same specs..etc.
