New Laptop, Want to Upgrade.

Hello, i'm new here, so i'm sorry if I do something wrong. I have a new laptop, and it has 6gb RAM and a AMD A4-6210 APU processor with Raedon R3 Graphics. My system is a Windows 10, 64 bit system. I also have 1 terabyte of HDD. I want to try to get 1 terabyte SSD, and make my laptop run well for most games. I'm not planning to spend more than ~1,000$. Any recommendations? Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
Moving this to the Laptop section. The only thing you'll be able to change in a laptop is the RAM and HDD/SSD...
 
Because it's a laptop you cannot upgrade the graphics. If you want a gaming laptop, be prepared to spend no less than $800, if not more.
 
How new is it? Just return it and buy a better one from the start. There's no point in cheaping out on a low end laptop and still having $1000 as an upgrade budget.
