ok i know a few things about computers but i have some questions.

So i got a new laptop and it seems to be running ok at most times but is def running slow for a new computer. I have no idea why, but i have questions about some of following

if i turned down the resolution from what i know it lets the comp run faster, better performance right? If i was to create something on photoshop will that creation end up being low graphics as well? Cause the reason i got this laptop was to get best images i could, not for my own eyes but when the final project it complete and produced.

Also is there any obvious things i could adjust to help run my computer faster, thanks.

Since it's new, did you remove all the included bloatware?

New systems have extra "trial" software that can take up lots of space and slow it down.

Plus, it's a laptop. Don't expect the same performance from a laptop as you would from a desktop.
