new laptop?

That looks awesome dude, make sure it has good ram around 2GB is fine. good Hard Drive Space and most important of all a great graphics card and you should be happy with this purchase.

How much can you spend? That laptop has a small hard drive, bad processor, (dual core amd not good for modern laptops), and the graphics card compares to the nvidia 8600.

@jamesreeves_2007, 120 gigs is not good for a modern hard drive. I see $600 laptops at staples with bigger hard drives.

Also, all of those processors have 1mb of cache. That is not good at all for a laptop processor if you want to game at any extent.

www.alienware.com there you can get one that has a better video card, maybe even in SLI or perhaps a Dell (yeah yeah it's dell, but the video cards they are putting in their laptops now aren't that bad.) You can also go to www.tigerdirect.com where you can get one with about the same if not better specs for cheaper.

Hey Travis I was reading your sig for the M15x and I was wondering if it could play Crysis on medium or low?

Sorry I couldn't respond earlier. I don't yet have my m15x yet, I will by tuesday. I have seen reviews of the m15x, and like most laptops, it can not play crysis better than medium well. If you get the 8800 graphics ($500 upgrade from base $1500), you will be able to do it medium. I have 8700, and got it nicely configured for under $2000 without tax/shipping. If you can afford $2800+ USD, (for the 8800 and 2.5ghz processor), the m15x is the way to go. If you do get it and get the 8700m gt graphics card, you can always send it to them to be upgraded at a price.
