New LG W2753 monitor keeps resetting every time I turn it off

It does like I unplugged it from my video card, all my other monitors go black and reset my icons randomly. At first I just plugged in my 27" without installing drivers and it actually reset the res to 800x600 every time, after I thought of installing the drivers and it stays at 1920x1080, but it still messes up my stuff every time I switch it off!!

Anyone have a fix for this?

I also tried to install ForteManager and that doesn't work either, the controls are greyed out. I search on Google and it could be related to my ATI CCC color management thing.

I disabled that but it still doesn't allow me to access the Fortemanager settings.
