New Mobo, old one better?

I had a Asus Striker Extreme motherboard from about 1 year ago, and it was an early version that had an apparent known problem of randomly restarting...so it was sent back under warranty, and they sent one to replace it...
I was expecting a Striker Extreme II, but instead they sent a Asus PSN-T Deluxe.
I dont know a boat load about computers, so I'm just wondering if the PSN-T Deluxe they sent me as a replacement is any good? How does it compare to my old Striker Extreme.
Was this an "upgrade", "de-grade", or "fair swap"
Thanks kindly!

hmm..thats odd, I was trying to search for your mobo, the Asus PSN-T Deluxe, and i wasnt getting any results.

I would have thought that Asus would have sent you the same mobo or at least the Asus Striker Extreme II. I don't know what to tell you on specs because i can't find that mobo. :(

I can't find anything either! I've seen P5N motherboards from Asus, but not PSN-T deluxe. I'll take a photo and post it, perhaps i read it wrong on the board...back in a few.

I know that motherboard. Its really good. Its almost like the Asus Striker Extreme II mobo.

It was a pretty good trade. :D

Nice going :)

Thanks Midnight fox1!
Would you say it is on par with my old striker extreme? Are the spec's similar? I know the old Striker Extreme had dual-lan, as where the P5N-T Deluxe has just one...other than that, I assume most specs are similar in terms of its performance, reliability, and up-grade-ability?
thanks,
