Hey, I' m looking to set up a new 3 monitor set. First, I have the geforce gtx 670 graphics card, not sure how much I'll use it but for the 3d feature with the games and movies, will I need to get a monitor that is 3d ready or just standard monitors. Not sure how much I'm looking to spend yet, but looking for a decent monitor, I'm probably going to use a triple monitor display so I'm would like to have frame-less monitors. I do some game-play, but mostly watch movies and do video and photo editing. A couple I'm looking at are the

any other suggestions are welcome. I wont be able to get them until after tax season depending on our government issues getting fixed. But want to figure which one to get.

1. You need a 3D monitor, which is any with 120+ Hz refresh rate. While 3D will sort of work with 60Hz, you must remember that whatever FPS you get will be halved when running in 3D, so the most that you can get is 30. At that speed the 3D effect does not do a great job of tricking your brain so you will either see the 3D effects (two images, see the shutters etc) and/or you will start having problems yourself such as tired eyes and headaches.

2. A single GTX 670 is not going to be running any recent games in 3D on the resolutions that 3 monitors gives. For films you will be fine though.

3. To give us a bit more information will help us to help you better. What sized screens are you after? What is your budget? Other than the thin bezels are there any requirements such as resolution, display type, preferred manufacturers etc?

I want to stay above at least 22'", the 3d isn't a requirement, I was just wandering about it. I would like to stay around 600 total for the budget. have dvi and hdmi inputs, at least dvi-d. LIke I stated before, I'm going to get a monitor bracket so the setup for that of course.

How will you have them set out together? All landscape or portrait?

If landscape I would go for the AOC you listed or LG (Though the LG is discontinued now), the bezels are pretty much nonexistent so they will be together pretty much seamlessly. If portrait, which would be better for your movies, then we will have a look for some other :)

It is no different to having them landscape, just watching movies would be better as you don't have an uber widescreen, it would instead make up what is essentially a ~40 inch display in a more movie friendly aspect ratio. For multitasking and gaming though, landscape is the way to go.

I would also strongly consider this fella:
