I just put every parts into my new computer. I pressed the power button and the computer turns on. However, the monitor receives no signal. No power to the mouse or keyboard via usb. All the fans are running, cpu fan, case fan, gpu fan. I checked everything but still no signal and the mouse doesn't work. Please help. :( Is the problem my CPU or the Motherboard? I'm not sure.

Is the monitor plugged in to the mobo or GPU? CPU power cable plugged in? What USB ports are you using, mobo or case? Have you installed the driver for the GPU?

The monitor is plugged into the GPU via DVI cable. The 4-pin cable is plugged into the motherboard for the cpu. The Usb are along the side of the motherboard, the pannel? The mother is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130240. And the case is a CoolerMaster HAF 922. I haven't gotten pass POST yet... There were no beeping sound. I tried to reset the jumper and take out the battery. It seems no use at all. I tried to take all the ram and the computer ran with no beeping sound. The cpu phase light is stuck at cpu phase 1.

CPU: i5
M/B: MSI P55-CD53 LGA 1156
GPU: XFX HD 5770
RAM: G SKULL rip Jaw 1600 2x2GB
PSU: Cooler Master 700w
Case Cooler Master HAF 922
Monitor: Acer P235Hbmid 23" monitor

---------------------------------------------Solved
I went to read some comment about my motherboard on Newegg. I discovered that I have to fill my rams in the black slots first in order to boot.
