ok so i have a inspiron 6000 notebook and the ethernet port just stopped working on me so dell is sending me a whole new motherboard. i have a wireless card and bluetooth. as far as i know they are integrated into the motherboard am i right or wrong? the reason i am asking this is because i called dell about it and the person didnt know what they were talking about and they said i was wrong that they are both seperate components. the wireless card i have in my computer right now is a Intel Pro/Wireless 2915ABG W/Bluetooth?

...they are sending you a new motherboard??? I mean I know it's semi possible to exchange boards in laptops, but it's a real challenge at times...

Anyway, wireless cards are usally miniPCI cards. I've never really worked with them but I beleive they pop in much like laptop RAM.
