New Motherboard?!?

Hi,
I'm looking for a new (cheap) overclock'able motherboard which will accommodate a Pentium 4 2.5GHz. As you can probably tell with that clock speed I'm looking for a decent overclock and might consider some extra cooling also. (would like it to be sli enabled but that’s no biggy)

Has anyone got any suggestions what I should go for?

Im guessing its a LGA775 socket ?
