New Netgear Router

We purchased a New Netgear Router.
This one:

To go with our new Comcast Business Internet. And we have it set up with our cable line going to our Comcast Modem - Ethernet to Netgear Router - Then wireless connections to laptops, and a wired connection to my desktop.

My desktop is fine with internet. Its the wireless connection, the laptops signal gets dropped frequently.


Any suggestions?

It might be the wireless card in your laptop. Are you in a metal framed building?

Yes, we are.


It gets dropped on my Dell laptop, and MacBook.
