So I just bought the NZXT Starter PC Plus with the 1660Ti and whenever I watch something on YouTube in high quality, or even stream Netflix I see "choppiness" in the picture and even some bad resolution bars slightly appear on my screen. I didn't have this issue with my 12 year old CPU and motherboard and a 2 year old 1060 GPU. This new computer upgrade is great besides this picture quality. The latest GPU drivers are updated and I don't know what to do next. PLEASE HELP! And thank you!
