New PC, Bluescreen & errors...

I am getting a lot of these errors:

0x50, 0x24, and 0x7e at random times, and sometimes at login.

I ran memtest86 for 4 hours straight, not ONE error. I changed harddrives, formatted, reinstalled, and still got them. I tried changing vid cards and still got the errors. This is within 24hours of getting it built.

All temps look great, I ran harddrive diagnostics on all of the drives, they are all fine. Memtest said my 2gb worth of memory were fine, I just can't figure it out! Possibly a bad motherboard or a bad system driver?
 
Temps are fine. Using speedfan, I logged a max of 43C cpu temp and 40C system temp @ 100% for about 30minutes of testing. Idle cpu temp is 28C or so, up to 32C when during the late afternoon.

I just now underclocked my ram from 200x2 to 166x2 to see if that makes a difference. If it stabilizes, I'm gonna send it back and get some that will hold up to 200x2.
