Hey Everyone i have been considering selling my old rig which has been very outdated and runs almost nothing anymore and i want to build a new one. I have probably 800- possibly 900 dollars that i am willing to spend, Can everyone help me by giving me some builds and can you include the OS, and keyboard?

Looks OK but a 'dream' AMD build would have a 990FX motherboard and probably something a bit more powerful than a GTX 760. I appreciate the OS eats into the budget a bit, but maybe if you got the CX600M instead of the CX750M you could afford the Gigabyte GA-990FAX-UD3 board. Don't need to worry about an aftermarket cooler right away either, so could also drop that and put it towards a nicer motherboard or higher-end GPU.

I put together what I think is my $900 dream build for an AMD system...

You can always take off that extra case fan and scavenge 1333Mhz ram to save money: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/30bem

Personally would keep with AMD 970. I don't see many ppl actually dual GPU.
Video card - probably go with R9 270X instead...
RAM - Would probably choose slighly faster RAM
PSU - 600W
Case - Corsair 300R or Fractal Design Define R4?

If you can take advantage of all the different deals and stuff, this will be a baller system and leave you $45 for a keyboard and stay at $900.
And it will be fully Mantle-compatible, if you play any EA games. They are pushing Mantle on many titles to come, and with the 14.2 beta drivers from AMD it's not so bad any more. And there's only room to grow.
And hopefully other game devs will start using Mantle as well :)
I have a few friends that would break down crying if they had to manage an SSD and an HDD, and if that may apply to you, I would suggest the Seagate SSHD. It's a very good middle-ground between SSD and HDD. It costs around $80-90 I think.

...afford the Gigabyte GA-990FAX-UD3 board.

I had that in there at first but had no idea on how to rework the build to reallocate money (was thinking long term with the 750w). And yes, that OS does eat into the budget..

~ If it's a build that you aren't planning to upgrade in the future, get the lower wattage PSU, don't overclock and get a better mobo/GPU

Drop the aftermarket cooler and the 750W PSU and you might be able to afford it. You can get by fine with a 600W PSU (especially if you're only ever going to run one graphics card) and an aftermarket cooler can be purchased and fitted later if he decides he wants to overclock, or is not satisfied with the stock cooler.
