New PC Done! Problem with HDD?

Yo!
I just assembled a new PC today and got everything working as planned, but after installing Windows i noticed that my SATA III HDD didn't show up on My Computer.

I'm using a SSD Drive as the OS Drive and the SATA III HDD is a secondary file storage kinda thing. So why can't i see it or use it?

I see it on the Device Manager but can't use it :/

If there is no data on it and if it hasn't been partitioned/formatted yet, windows will be unable to see it. You will have to go into disk management and partition/format it. Right click on "my computer" and click on manage, click on disk mangement on the left.
