new pc need help with components.

hi guys i have read on this site for a while and figured i would finally join. i need a new computer so i went to cyberpowerpc and made up a build and i figured i would check hear if i am over killing things or need to step some things up. i play a lot of games watch a lot of movies and am on the internet a lot. just let me know what is wrong if anything and thanks for all the help.

those video cards arent the best, it would be better to get 4850,4870,gtx260, or gtx280. there all good cards and are in order from worst to greatest. those places are way over priced though, you should read some guides on here and decide if building one is an option.
