New Pc, need help.

Hi, i just bought a new computer pretty much. I've hooked everything up prefectly and have checked many many times if something is unplugged, or plugged in wrong. This is what i have mobo: nvidia nf6100-430 am2 64-bit dual-core
processor: amd athlon 5600+ dual-core am2
graphics: zotac geforce 9600gt amp edition
RAM: patriot viper series pcs-8500 with 1066mhz per stick and its 2x2gb
The problem is nothing comes up on the screen when i boot. The only thing i can think of is the power supply because its a regular 350w stock dell power supply. I just want to make sure before i go out and buy a new one. Thanks.
 
look up the manufacturer specs for your motherboard. it might not support ddr2 1066.

also, check your connection to the monitor. or maybe your monitor doesn't work.
