This problem occurs randomly, playing games, surfing the web, etc. Out of nowhere my monitor will shut off(due to it having no more video input) which means the computer just crashed, if IM playing songs or something that puts out sound, the sound turns off about 1 second later after the screen goes black. When this happens, I have to manually shut down the computer by holding the power button. pressing the reset button restarts it but still no video output so the monitor is still black(IM assuming its restarting cuz it checks the components, floppy becomes busy, optical drives light up etc) Even after manually shutting the system down, most of the time, it won't boot back up properly, the screen still has no video input, thats when I have to clear the cmos(which I do a million times a day now). Ive tried old and new video drivers, updated the bios, I tried using windows XP pro sp2, windows XP x64 edition, nothing helps.

My comp specs:
AMD 64 X2 4400+
Abit Fatal1ty AN8
OCZ powerstream 520w
BFG 6800 GT OC pcie
OCZ pc3200 1 gig stick 3-3-3-8 ram
WD 74gig raptor
WD 250gig
Lite-On dvd rom
Lite-On cd burner
BenQ lightscribe dvd/cd burner
Koolance exos-2 cooling the cpu, video and chipset plus 7 case fans(so I know cooling shouldnt be the problem)

yeah I can get into bios. I searched and found out that code 0.4. has something to do with ram I think.
