New PC shipping!

I'm planning on building my new PC now that intel dropped the prices of its Dual Cores and I'm just wondering where I can get the cheapest shipping if I buy online. I looked at TigerDirect.com but shipping was somewhere around $270 to Montreal, Quebec where I live. On Ncix.com it was only $44 shipping but the computer parts were more expensive. Anyone got any suggestions of other better cheaper websites to shop from?

I also live in Montreal and I find that the best 2 sites for pricing in Canada is NCIX (this one is usually the 2nd one, but they match prices, also, their shipping prices aren't that good), then the best one for RAW prices and shipping here, http://www.directcanada.com/ The shipping seems to be free to Montreal which seems to compensate and more for the price matching MCIX has.

I have been looking and really its interesting. Also, if you are not totally comfortable about building it, well there could always be http://www.cipc.com/ which can build it for you or you can buy parts individually and pick it up as it is located in Montreal. Their prices seem fair, on a +/- 1000$ system, they will charge about 1100 to build it.

But I find that TigerDirect.ca is WAY overpriced, so I haven't even bothered to look at their prices more than once when trying to figure out my possible new rig's price.
