Hi guys, first time here.
for about 550 euros im building this

motherboard - MSI V2 B85M-P33 mATX LGA1150 or MSI B85M-P33 SKT 1150 (help here)

ram - Kingston 8GB HyperX Fury Blue DDR3 1600Mhz PC3-12800 CL10 or Kingston HyperX Fury
DDR3-1600MHz 8GB (help here)

gpu- Asus GeForce GTX960 Turbo OC 2GB GDDR5

cpu - i5 4460 3.2

the rest doesnt really matter. well i need help in thoose two, and if you have something in mind for a better pc, but not more expensive, also, i dont really understand about motherboards, or if i cant use certain rams and etc. i would appreciate thanks

Everything you have listed is compatible, however if you're not gaming you don't need the GPU. Get 2 x 8GB 1600MHz RAM modules so they run in dual channel. That is also the max amount and speed that motherboard supports.

Get 2 of the same sticks or it won't run as well as you want.

im actually getting only one of 8, but i was thinking if i can have either one of them? if it wont interfere

It will be fine. If you only think you'll ever need 8GB, get 2 x 4, again to run in dual channel mode (faster). If not, get one 8 GB and you can add another later.
