When it comes to video cards I am a little confused? It would say something like this a "Nividia Geforce 6600 256mb w/DVI + TV output" and then another option is like "Nividia Geforce 7300gt 512mb w/DVI + TV output" What do all the numbers and things mean? And how can you tell how good or fast a video card is?

How good a video card is depends on many factors, such as pixel pipelines, core clock, memory clock, amount of memory and many other things. Read the 101, it explains lots of it.
