New Ram May Be Bad

Need a tad bit of help, I just put some new ram in, everything seemed fine at first. It blue screened 10 mins into running win32.sys or something. Also my system just rebooted while attempting to load TF2. Any help?

I need to add some details, the RAM is mushkin redline. Its rated at 1000MHz 2.0-2.1v I think its 5 5 5 15. I dont know how to set all that, but my motherboard only lets me put it at 1002MHz not 1000MHz and I set the voltage to 2.0v, I left the timing on auto. So what could be wrong? Bad ram? Or IO?

Update, Iv lowered the Freq to like 887MHz, I haven't BS'd or restarted.
System, seems to be running stable now. I guess it was to hot or? Either way thats lame, will I see an increase in preformance if I push past my 887MHz
